TRADITIONAL MARTIAL ART TRAINING
Silambam
Silambam strengthens balance, focus and body control through traditional martial art techniques. Students develop confidence, self-discipline and cultural appreciation while learning safe and skilled movements.
DISCIPLINE & SELF-DEFENCE PROGRAMME
Taekwondo
Taekwondo builds physical strength, flexibility and self-defence skills in a safe, supervised environment. Students learn discipline, respect and mental focus through step-by-step training and guided sessions.
FITNESS, BALANCE & WELL-BEING
Athletics & Yoga
Athletics enhances stamina, speed and overall fitness through running, drills and endurance activities. Yoga complements this by improving flexibility, balance and mindfulness, helping students build both physical and mental well-being.
Training, Coaching and Competitions
Students receive guided training from experienced instructors who focus on technique, endurance and safe play. Regular inter-house matches and inter-school sports events give children the opportunity to compete, collaborate and develop leadership qualities.
These programmes help students build resilience, confidence and a strong sense of team spirit.
