Skill & Leadership Development
Building Responsible and Confident Leaders
Leadership is nurtured through real experiences, collaboration and hands-on roles. Students participate in guided activities that teach discipline, decision-making, empathy and problem-solving, preparing them to lead with integrity and purpose.
Skill-Building Clubs and Initiatives
Students engage in a variety of clubs that encourage responsibility, teamwork and personal development:
• Eco Club — Environmental awareness and sustainability practices
• Literary Club — Reading, writing, debates and public speaking
• Road Safety Patrol (RSP) — Discipline, civic sense and traffic awareness
• School Leadership Roles — Prefects, monitors and event responsibilities
These programmes help students discover strengths and grow into thoughtful leaders.
Learning Through Service and Participation
Students take part in community-based activities such as awareness drives, cleanliness campaigns, eco-initiatives and social outreach programmes.
These experiences build empathy, confidence and a sense of responsibility toward society.
Leading with Values, Character and Purpose
At DAV, leadership is not about titles — it is about values. Students learn to be humble, committed, respectful and responsible individuals who inspire others through example and action.
