YOGA

Yoga has been an inseparable part of the fitness programme, not only to get with the philosophy of the institution but also to improve the agility and kinesthetic ability of the pupils. The yoga is performed to  maintain proper breathing ,expand the lungs,bend in all the postures and stretch the arms and legs.It also keeps them fit and  energetic all through the day.
